Your area of responsibility:

  • Accountable for the PH Group Center of Expertise in the SCM process area PLAN (supply, demand, source, production and inventory
    planning)
  • Lead international expert groups in the definition, development and optimisation of PH Group SCM PLAN -processes
  • Lead people in cross-functional and time-critical projects on a global scale, such as inventory optimization programs
  • Lead operational German supply chain planning team, responsible for day-to-day operational process performance and related improvements
  • Lead organisational change management projects on local, regional and global level
  • Represent SCM PLAN process requirements in product development process (PDP) and related launches, support business divisions
  • Represent PH Group-wide source planning requirements with corporate procurement and manage operational day-to-day requirements
  • Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovation into PH Group as well as to identify industry standards for adaptation

What we look for:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics or Business with focus on Supply Chain Management and/or Supply Chain Planning
  • Proven experience and knowledge of at least 10 years in management and development of supply chain planning proceses, such as demand, supply, source and inventroy planning
  • Profound experience and knowledge in change management
  • Strong background in project management and process re-engineering/consulting (SAP)
  • Leadership experience in large change management projects
  • Leadership experience in process management (consulting, innovation, implementation)
  • Well experienced in people management (leader of leaders)
  • German and English fluent – oral and in writing
