You will be responsible for the implementation of the Global HR Strategy at the international Paul Hartmann affiliates outside Germany, supporting business needs in the different regions & countries. Together with your team of 4 HR Business Partners (on site and off site) you will be the interface between Group HR and the international HR community.

Your area of responsibility:

  • You will ensure the implementation of the key HR processes within the business organization, mostly focused on the population of Key Positions, e.g. recruitment/onboarding, Leadership Review/Individual Development Plans, Talent Management/Development, Succession Management, Performance Management and International Mobility
  • You will support change projects and act as a generalist HR advisor to senior executives
  • You will support the implementation of the Global HR Strategy by ensuring implementation of defined activities
  • You will develop the functional competence of local Heads of HR to be appropriate to implement and be an active contributor to the Global HR Strategy
  • You will be active participant and driver in the development and regular review of the Global HR Strategy, and proactively manage the interfaces within the global HR community

 

What we look for:

  • University degree – Master is a must – PHD a plus
  • Several years of experience as HR Generalist in an international environment – experience in a role of another role outside of the field of HR would be a plus
  • You are a highly self-motivated person and eager to drive change and reach excellent results
  • You are a team player who knows the key success factors for successfully steering a matrix team and guide them to the next level
  • You are familiar with state of the art HR tools and you know how and when to use them
  • German and English are fluent spoken as well as in written
