Your area of responsibility:

  • You manage the risk management process during the internal and external product development and post-market phase
  • You coordinate the proper exchange of information between product risk management and its interface processes
  • You coordinate internal risk management initiatives and acts as product risk management expert
  • You consult and train project teams on risk management and usability engineering processes
  • You improve the current product risk management and usability engineering process
  • You support the global implementation of a software solution for risk management and usability engineering

What we look for:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in scientific or technical study program or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of about 5 years in the medical device industry, its product development as well as Quality and Regulatory processes
  • First-hand experience in the application of risk management to medical devices according to EN ISO 14971
  • First-hand experience in the application of usability engineering to medical devices according to IEC 62366
  • First-hand experience and understanding of international regulatory and quality system requirements for medical devices
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good understanding of customer and regulatory requirements as well as product development
  • International and intercultural awareness
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent German and English spoken and written language skills
