Your area of responsibility:

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of our Wound Care strategy to achieve our ambitious growth targets
  • Drive our development and innovation pipeline to meet customer needs and deliver our brand promise through a product pipeline with respective USP’s and customer oriented therapy solutions
  • Guiding Product Launch and Product Life Cycle processes including labelling following regulatory rules and compliance to claim
  • Collaborating with global functions including R&D, Medical, Sales, Regulatory and Production
  • Taking the lead to ensure alignment between HQ and countries on strategic focus
  • Working closely with healthcare professionals in both in-patient and out-patient areas
  • Leading international and complex projects
  • Ensuring compliance to FDA and other applicable regulatory standards
  • Actively driving business development, creation and execution of profit and value-based strategies

What we look for:

  • A proven track record in Marketing within the Health Care industry
  • University degree (Bachelor, Master or MBA), preferably in business and/or natural science
  • A customer-centric approach to value creation, that balances attention to detail with big picture
  • A real team player with an international mind-set, comfortable to work efficiently in a cross-functional and cross-cultural context
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with ambition to grow
  • Business fluent in English, German language an advantage
