Indirect Procurement for Business Services

Your area of responsibility:

  • Category Management for Business Services including Professional Services, Management Consultancy Services, Translation Services, Audit and Legal Services, Human Resources Services Temporary Labour, and Interim Management, Training & Development and Travel Management Services.
  • Close cooperation with internal stake holder
  • Define global category strategy with supplier strategy in close cooperation with internal stakeholder.
  • Supply market research and supplier selection
  • Conception, planning and conduction of strategic sourcing activities incl. development and implementation of cost-reduction measures
  • Negotiate cost, terms and conditions with suppliers
  • Settle contracts with suppliers nationally and globally
  • Continuously improve global categories and lead global category team for Professional Services
  • Escalation and risk management in regards to suppliers
  • Supplier qualification and management (incl. audit support)
  • Supply market research and supplier selection
  • Strategic Sourcing incl. development and implementation of cost-reduction measures

What we look for:

  • Bachelor or equivalent
  • 3+ years of professional experience in indirect procurement, preferable in the procurement categories Professional Services and Human Resources Services
  • Professional experience in procurement on operational as well as strategic level
  • Good practice in professional business relationship with suppliers / service providers
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and in a global matrix with excellent communication skills, good judgement and persuasiveness.
