Your area of responsibility:

  • Drive the German sales excellence activities including territory design, customer segmentation & targeting, salesforce development in coordination with sales management
  • Lead an experienced team of over 20 people working in Pricing, CRM, Master Data and Contracts & Tenders
  • Lead the Tender & Contract management team in order to standardize and harmonize the future structure and process.
  • Lead our efforts towards market-oriented pricing and CRM development in coordination with our global headquarters
  • Develop and implement tools and processes for driving business performance management and ensuring a structured performance dialogue in the organisation
  • Spearhead key strategic initiatives which can include sales, marketing, payers and trade functions
  • Define and implement a standardized business case process including target setting and monitoring
  • Liaise with sales management for sales target setting and improvement of incentive schemes for our sales teams

What we look for:

  • University degree or equivalent with excellent academic credentials, ideally in business or economics
  • The ideal candidate has several years of relevant experience within a marketing and sales role in an international company or in management consulting
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with business acumen and strong execution focus
  • Industry experience is a plus, but not a must
  • Strong track record of leading successful teams
  • Can-do attitude
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Highly experienced in application of MS Excel and PowerPoint
