Your area of responsibility:

  • Create competitive advantage and differentiations in line with our business and customer engagement strategies
  • Based on customer insights ensure best in class digital program design and technology with easy access, navigation and usability
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, deliver unique customer experiences
  • Support Marketing by enabling multichannel communication, mapping of customer journeys and marketing campaigns through CRM
  • Work closely with customer experiences and internal management to ensure customer insights are used to shape digital technology design and activation
  • Apply advanced digital technology to support CRM multichannel communication programs and added value communication strategies
  • Lead digital transformation team and design, model and test innovative digital enabled business models, products and services
  • Establish, evaluate and monitor KPIs for all digital technology and systems to manage optimal performance

What we look for:

  • Economics / business university degree (masters equivalent) or scientific degree with strong business acumen preferred
  • Professional diploma in Digital, Marketing, IS/IT
  • Profound experience in Digital / eCommerce (company or consultancy) as well as experience as a project leader with a proven track record of driving digital within a business
  • Strong knowledge, capability and understanding of digital technologies, services and channels
  • Deep understanding of the global digital marketing landscape and the local market reality/needs
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical skills, a result oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities combined with an assertive and proactive attitude
  • Team player, innovative, proactive, solution oriented and customer focused
