Your area of responsibility:

  • Lead on the research, design and delivery of training and education concepts and content for Wound Care products, especially in-house and external workshops, e-learning modules and presentations
  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Management Program for Wound Care products
  • Lead and participate in the development of on-going medical and product training (all formats) for global Wound Care sales force, to ensure permanent and consistent improvement in product knowledge, product selling messages/ communication skills
  • Create training solutions to include materials in multi-media formats and invest in continuous improvement of training materials, tactics and technologies (i.e. live and virtual facilitation, train-the-trainer methods, etc.)
  • Ensure all materials (live, online, etc.) are approved and compliant with HARTMANN labelling policies
  • Ensure the maintenance of annual certification and re-certification process at global level
  • Plan, design, promote, deliver and evaluate events for Wound Care customers and end users across the world for the purposes of training, expert exchange and product awareness
  • Design and lead delivery of a strategic qualification program, equipping and enabling third parties to deliver first class product training on behalf of HARTMANN to internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Represent HARTMANN on fairs and other official events

What we look for:

  • The position is based in Heidenheim with a request for 20% travelling
  • Several years experience gained in a medical environment (as physician or nurse), gaining first hand insights on patient and clinical care mandatory
  • Further education qualification(s) in the medical or related scientific field needed
  • Experience in developing and delivering product-related content, medical training and learning concepts, deploying a range of solutions and methodologies
  • Experience in teaching and training in an international environment
  • Strong product/disease state knowledge and experience; ability to learn multiple disease states/products
  • Presentation and platform skills, including ability to communicate in small and large settings
  • Outgoing, passionate and at home in a cross-cultural environment
  • Ability to envision and enable others to accept and adopt change
  • Excellent command English and German (spoken and written)
  • Strong MS-Office skills (esp. PowerPoint); web based training content design desirable
