Your area of responsibility:

  • Serve as the Product Owner for digital platforms – ideate and capture business requirements to align these with key elements of the Hartmann Digital Strategy
  • Gather and optimize user interaction analytics and use the insights to drive the creation and analyses of business cases for business divisions
  • Using end user driven testing methodologies (a/b, multivariate etc.) to continuously improve the service offerings on the platforms
  • Transform business problems into an opportunity for digital transformation, preferably leveraging the existing products and platforms within Paul Hartmann
  • Prioritize the product backlog for the platforms in collaboration with business divisions, digital strategy organization and the implementation teams
  • Interface with the implementation and architecture teams and ensure that delivery plans and timelines are aligned with business objectives. Manage implementation teams if needed
  • Serve as the first point for technical support of the platforms
  • Articulate the objectives, benefits and roadmaps for platforms to senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Conduct technology research and develop meaningful insights to guide Business and IT for creating value proposition for the internal and external customers/stakeholders
  • Leverage office productivity tools to articulate and present the findings, and to engage the business and IT leadership to an effective discussion for holistic improvement, to drive from ‘Knowing Digital’ to ‘Being Digital’

What we look for:

  • University degree in IT or equivalent
  • Experience of having worked in a direct consumer facing industry (retail, travel, ecommerce etc.)
  • Several years of experience in customer (internal and external) facing roles – demonstrated ability in understanding business requirements, conceptualizing digital solutions and managing the implementation of solutions in an international and collaborative environment
  • Good knowledge of products and platforms across digital landscape (e.g. SEO/SEM, Omni Channel, Web content management, Enterprise content management, Collaboration, RPA, Data Analytics, AI etc.)
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior business executives
  • Conceptual thinking, visualization and structural thinking to drive business needs to a functional solution on digital platform
  • Experience with agile methods, especially with documentation in the form of user stories and visualization of business requirements
  • Fluency in verbal and written effective communication in English in German
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR) beneficial
