Your area of responsibility:

  • Definition of operational Master Data processes on a cross-functional and global level
  • Process ownership for regulatory-relevant Master Data processes within the Quality Management system, e.g. Master Data process for Unique Device Identification (UDI)
  • Subject-matter expert on overall UDI requirements (Master Data & Labeling)
  • Representation of HARTMANN in external committees with respect to UDI implementation
  • Analysis of Business processes with respect to the Master Data flow 
  • Definition of holistic Business Data Model for Product and Material Master
  • Identification and definition of IT requirements to support the Master Data governance processes
  • Coordination and execution of user acceptance tests
  • Conduction of trainings on Master Data processes as well as application trainings for IT tools supporting the Master Data governance processes
  • Establishment of adequate key user structures and continuous interaction with key users on an international level
  • Implementation and enforcement of operational Master Data processes within the organization

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or the like
  • Deep knowledge of business processes affected by Product and Material Master Data
  • Knowledge of ERP and PLM data structures (in particular SAP MM) as well as Data Modeling capabilities
  • Functional expertise in IT Requirements engineering and software testing in a validated environment (csv)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the sector of medical devices, in particular Unique Device Identification (UDI)
  • Basic skills in complexity management as well as cultural change management
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel
