Your area of responsibility:

  • Give input to the development and direction of Corporate Sales Marketing Strategy and ensurance of the appropriate implementation of national sales within the budget
  • Ensure compliance and executing via strategic business planning and adherence to locally agreed commitment agreements
  • Development and Deployment of Marketing Communication, Campaign Materials and Channels (print, digital, online) for all products to support realization of global and local business targets
  • Contribute to establishing Floor and Target Pricing Levels
  • Support countries in the development of their Wound Management approach and strategies, provide them with guidance and advice during their process
  • Attendance at product and therapy relevant events and congresses
  • Ensure provision of arguments and materials to support the development and delivery of appropriate Product Training Concepts and Positioning Claims vs. both global and local requirements
  • Grow and maintain Customer and Market Intimacy, adapt and respond appropriately. Continuous monitoring and modification of key deliverables in response to changes in customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, product trends and pricing/reimbursement practices. High focus on treatment continuity
  • Contribute to the overall development of Business Unit Strategy and represent the needs and interests of International Sales Marketing in various working groups/bodies

What we look for:

  • University degree, ideally with an international orientation and focus on marketing
  • 5+ years of Marketing and Medical Product expertise in an international environment in the Mde Tech/Pharma sector, ideally in Wound Care
  • Experience in assessing market and linking to customer needs
  • Entrepreneurial and results oriented Mind-Set
  • Experience of effective selection and management of agencies and other third parties
  • Proven experience of influencing stakeholders at senior level
  • Some background and experience in Sales highly valued and relevant ability to sell the Strategy with Oral and Leadership performance
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
