Your area of responsibility:

  • Establish and maintain an international network with internal stake holders and customers
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy and the marketing mix, by the yearly realization of a marketing plan for ‘Value Brand’ Assortment
  • International Management and monitoring of a value product portfolio for tender
  • Enhance Commercial Management approach on big proposals and golden tenders supporting markets and Head Office organisation
  • Manage Inco Commercial Initiative and Tender pipeline and develop clear cross-functional plan to increase tender success ratio
  • Develop Value Proposition for Hartmann for key tender channels (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home delivery)
  • Support Brand Marketing teams to develop appropriate go-to-market strategies behind key strategic projects and tender approach
  • Driving and coordinating cross-country commercial best practice sharing for the incontinence business (e.g. golden tenders)
  • Support development of pricing strategies for key product portfolios and brands together with Marketing and Strategic Pricing teams

What we look for:

  • University degree (Master/MBA), ideally with an international orientation and focus on marketing and sales
  • Professional experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the Medical Environment
  • Highly appreciated: sales experience and international customer exposure
  • Experience in project management and management of international projects
  • Constructive and open collaboration and communication
  • Intercultural competence
  • High market and customer orientation
  • High interpersonal skills and creative drive
  • Goal-oriented leadership of agencies (especially briefings and efficient project management)
  • Business fluent in English, German language an advantage
