We are looking for an intern in the department of M&A and Licensing for 3 up to 6 months

Your area of responsibility:

  • Industry and company analysis including market screening for potential acquisition targets
  • Compilation of presentation materials, briefings and project summaries for key stakeholders and the executive management
  • Valuation of concrete acquisition targets via multiples and support in DCF-Valuations
  • Strong involvement in the preparation and execution of M&A transactions

What we look for:

  • A pro-active, result-oriented and self-disciplined way of working, while showing high attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly and accurately understand and reflect various business models and financial statements
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and orally
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relevant work experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory will be beneficial for your application
