Our Team just introduced recruiting shared services for our headquarter. We are looking to extend the service for other legal entities and introduce a new applicant tracking system in 2020. Those are the focus points in addition to regular talent acquisition challenges to find the right people for our organization.

Where your expertise is needed

  • Be the first point of contact and internal advisor for hiring managers and HR Business Partners for filling open positions
  • Take ownership for attracting, engaging and securing key talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and thereby supporting our employer brand
  • Conduct briefing with respective hiring managers regarding open role, define search strategy, develop job description, post on respective job boards (internally and externally)
  • Screen incoming applications, conduct personal interviews and monitor and manage the hiring process up to onboarding,
  • Develop and maintain successful ongoing relationships with hiring managers, HRBP's, talent sourcers and other stakeholders
  • Be on top of newest recruiting and sector trends
  • Proactively participate HR and/or recruiting projects

What we are looking for

  • Experienced in building and delivering on in-house recruiting and sourcing (preferably blend of corporate and agency staffing)
  • Hands on experience of leading all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
  • University degree in a business, psychology, human resources or comparable discipline
  • Creative sourcing and networking experience, using full suite of social media and other innovative sourcing and recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proactive in learning new methodologies of knowledge sharing
  • Verbal and written fluency in German and English
